@en Honestly, all companies go through cycles. Anyone who has been in the business more than a few years has experienced, or has heard of the downturns. Imperial being one of the most recent.
You should know that the back to work mandate is happening with other companies right now. (Sr. Execs of the major players do meet and talk with regularity).
All I can say is make sure your resume is up to the minute and explore your options. That is one of the realities of working in this business. 🤷♂️
This company never changes. Have a few rounds of layoffs and give everyone a team build or a pizza party to boost morale.
