Anyone hear anything about a reorg in February? Seems like most of the jobs in this group are going to India.

They have many Directors in ITV with less than 10 people total reporting to them. PATHETIC.
Good. These people should get real jobs instead of hassling those actually making things happen at the company.

ITV is a redundant duplicative function. Another sprawling luxurious empire in Derek’s world. It needs to be disbanded not offshored.

Wells Fargo is doing everything it can to destroy the middle class.
Most jobs everywhere seem to be going to India. Pretty soon our Investment Bankers and Financial Advisors will be in India too. Exciting times ahead.
What is good about these comments so far is it finally looks like there is acceptance now that Corporate America has a firm commitment to outsourcing/off-shoring most U.S. jobs to the Third World workplaces! No need to name these places, they are already well known based on comments throughout this thread.
The company I worked for went through the same process 12 years ago. Trust me, it was the best thing that could have happened to me in my entire career as I was forced to get out of my comfortable employment cocoon and start all over with a new company.
I increased all of the salary, and other compensation items immediately and have not looked back since.
There is employment life and much better work benefits/environments out there. Take advantage of all your knowledge gained from working at WF and use it to your advantage.
Yep they already hired a ton of people for IT&V and EBCE in India & Philippines.
I have met some really good people in that group over the last year. Leave it to Hudson Yards to target the good ones. 😐
