Hi, within the new org charts that was released today amongst all teams we cannot see past the director. So it is still unclear about SVP, AVP and analyst roles.
How would we know if our team was impacted or not if their only showing the directors on the org charts?

Really poor communication IMO
Do people know how to read? I feel like this question has been asked on this Web site alone 5 separate times today. No wonder Citi wants to get rid of people.

As a people mngr who no one is communicating with it’s very disheartening that it was handled in this manner! I expected better communication…. As of right now I really know nothing my manager was not on the new org chart so what does that mean for the rest of us? This is how we kick off the holidays? So sad!
