What do you expect from second quarter?

@y2 What's going on?
... the stock is down 30% year to date. 60% from 2 years ago. Constant layoffs. Corrupt leadership. Converted activist shareholder. And apparantly folks with their head in the sand.
Continued erosion of the customer base by our competitors who are simply better. Revenue will continue to decline. What I will be keen to see is cash at hand. That has been shrinking very fast and is a key indicator of what's to come.
Being led by failed management who only seem to care about chasing their miles with their preferred airline rather than do any real work
To the commenter that mentioned this is a bunch of disgruntled employees that have no faith in the management team...well, yeah, maybe you are right and maybe YOU should look in the mirror, especially if you are in a management position, then maybe you had something to do with cr-ppy performance over the last 'x' years, resulting in lost customers/revenue quarter after quarter after quarter. I have witnessed hardworking, knowledgeable, productive staff be affected by RIF's by no fault of their own, shown the door while knowledge capital and stewards of the company are let go and have also witnessed first-hand how some of the 'management' of this company interact with customers. It's no wonder this company is in the shape that it's in...You say you should just leave and get another job since you are not a slave to the company...give me a break...you bust your butt for this place, get nothing but unemployment for your efforts, which turns valuable and knowledgeable and productive employees into unemployed employees that are now scrambled to find something to support their families, which also says something about your management capabilities...Truth hurts, doesn't it... What comes around, goes around...hope YOU are prepared for it...
Maybe SM will tell us all about the numerous new logo's that are in the pipline like he did several quarters ago. Then, following quarters "radio silence" from him and the analyst not holding him accountable. Pathetic company.
Disgruntled, negative, cannot see positive. Agreeing with you. There, made your day. Feel better Steve McMillan?
Why are you still on payroll? Cannot find a job elsewhere? Shame.
The site is called The Layoff. It’s not meant to be positive and uplifting all the time. Having constant layoffs creates a rollercoaster of emotions. Knowing layoffs are always lurking is very stressful and demotivating because you are constantly watching amazing talent who works hard get canned and at the same time, you’re waiting for your number to be called. If you get laid off, you’re stressed about how you’re going to support your family in this rocky job market. If your colleagues get laid off, but you’re retained, then you feel guilty. It’s a vicious cycle that has played out at TD for the last few years especially.
This is a very negative forum, disgruntled bunch who has lost their abilities to see positive developments.
I wonder why you guys are here when you clearly do not believe in the company and its leadership. Most people shouldn’t have any problems getting another job.
What’s going on people?
"as you can see by the declining revenue and lack of new customers, our strategy is working"

Numbers should have been released in June, right?
@ed instead “can” use “will” and you’ll be right on.
We can always cut more associates to make the numbers look good.
The same old 'we'll get 'em next quarter' surely has been wearing thin with investors for quarter after quarter after quarter after quarter...Nobody is buying that rubbish anymore (in more ways than one)...
@ab isn’t it what we hear every quarter. Literally. 🤷♂️
@OP Expect to see better in Q3 as some large deals didn't get completed this quarter.
