After the earnings and the ACM i cannot wait to leave. I joined last December and knew it was a fu---d up place within 3 months but I wanted to stick it out for a full year to get a good retention payment in my offer letter. After the holidays I am starting my job search like it's a full time job.

As someone who was with Intel many years, enough to take ERP, I can tell you it's a toxic environment. They will work you at a level beyond what they pay you, especially after such a huge CPM/ERP was offered. There are companies out there hiring, especially if you have a degree. You'll be much happier someplace else where you don't have to worry about losing your job every 3 months. Best of luck with your job search.
Just leave, you won't be missed. And you won't get most of your retention bonus since it vests over several years.
