This is by far the worst employer I've ever worked for. After three years, I'm desperate to find a way out of this place. If it wasn't for the pandemic, I'd already be on my way - with or without another job waiting for me.
When my name shows up on a layoffs list, I think I'll do a happy dance.

agree and its time to make it happen. just do barely enough to get by from day to day. ask your manager tough questions that they cannot answer. question the direction aig is moving. eventually you will end up on the rif list. if you do this hr can't touch you, but you won't be drinking the aig kool aid so you will be targeted.
my goal is to get rifed before the company goes under or before my division gets sold. good luck
