At what point will there be accountability. Ford has hired nothing but talkers. I had to participate with a group called DFord and was scolded for solutioning a problem. I was ' educated ' we don't solution?????? SMH, well how else will be produce EVs????? Anyone know this guy Musgrave? IMO one of the ' talkers ' incapable of doing. My managers stressed how important timing, cost and the overall viability of a program are until they were SIRPd ( all of them hired pre 2004 !!!!!! )
They will face more issues next year. This company loves to promote talkers and that drives the doers away. See if they can make some good EVs by talking.
