Not sure about you folks but I was told "informally" by my boss that I am out and I should be looking. He is a straight shooter and I actually appreciate the heads up even thou the HR is not contacting anyone yet.
I am ready to put behind this IT sh– show of 15 years, of nonsense, so in a way I am relieved and positive about a future without Chevron.
How many of you already know?

I am in as well, happy I must say. Just 4 years in so this was a bit of terrifying experience for me. But very very happy now. Got a quick 5 minutes call this morning.

Y’all are absurd. The responses here are horrifying at best.. our supervisor also told us before results came out officially as well. I’m in, my coworker is out.

I am not ITC but my supervisor already told me that I get to keep my job and I should focus on delivering on the discussed objectives. I don't think is unusual. Just ask casually as I did and you may learn your faith earlier.

It is very rare these days to find a boss who is honest and up front about what is going on In the workplace. Only a few have character and integrity.
My boss is a narcissist with low EQ - won't tell me till he is forced to.
