Oh wait, mandatory RTO does not exist. Unless you job is site dependant you have been approved for full time remote, you are on a hybrid schedule and hybrid means sometimes you have work in the office.
@fbq Holy !@#$, the GTH's are scripted! They dont want tough or d-mb questions. They tried that years ago and they got "How come there's no toilet paper in the ladies room on the 3rd floor of PDC?" and "Why is lasagna only served once a week in the cafeteria?". Do you think Farley wants questions on how many people he plans on firing and when? This is all a just a show.

This is not even on the minds of the majority of Ford employees. If it was, someone would have asked in today's town hall during the q&a. The current policies are in place until addressed formally by leadership.

The funny thing is that some of the staunchest proponents of the "get vaxxed or be fired" policy are against RTO! It's one of those "be careful what you support because you may be next" situations. You applauded the vax mandate despite the fact that we were work from home and the policy made zero sense. And now you are angry at the looming RTO mandate because you think it makes no sense.
You can't make hypocrisy like this up!
@OP. No vax for me, and I am thinking no RTO for me. I have no golden handcuffs, so I cannot be blackmailed. The only reason I am still at Ford is that I am comfy here, but I am willing to walk away if needed.

You will own nothing and be happy.
