My manager stopped caring because my team is spread out across numerous sites so he’s now reluctantly agreed it’s pointless for most people to go in alone. The “excitement” of seeing random other people you know in the office really wore off after the first few weeks too. Now everyone seems to just stick to themselves.

Abby is watching... you have to badge OUT of the office, ffs. If you're not coming in, you will be on a list somewhere, along with a note of all of your past transgressions.

Depends on your department. Some people get to move far away and stay in their position, some people go in 2 days instead of 3, and others are severely threatened if they can’t go in or aren’t allowed to go to important appointments. 8 hours min, 3 days min, or else. Even if you have 2 pto days that week. No wfh in that case. The story is every department should be the same, but clearly that is not the case.
