This makes no sense. We have due process in this country:
The Fifth Amendment says to the federal government that no one shall be "deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of law." The Fourteenth Amendment, ratified in 1868, uses the same eleven words, called the Due Process Clause, to describe a legal obligation of all states.
Taking pensions with no public announcement or statement is outrageous.
I got the Letter. They want my pension immediately!!
I am talking to them on Monday, my lawyer says it is not looking very good.
Their lawyer threatened me saying - these are 'War Heroes' and they take what they want by any means necessary.
I am very scared.
