@wz Sell insurance or cruise packages or cars or tools or be an online retailer or a telehealth therapist or an ADP contractor. But people that work at ADP, remote or not, they work their time. And it's evident when you know your team. So unless you would like to bring specific examples for me to dismantle, I think you know where you can go.
Looks like the anti WFH trolls are at it again. If I work in office, they are getting 40 hours from me. Nothing more and nothing less. When WFH, they easily get 45 - 50 hours from me, which I don’t mind as I feel it’s offset by the lack of commute. I’m sure some people may take advantage but those who don’t understand how WFH employees can be more productive are probably the same people who don’t give a full day work in office either.

So everyone who works from home is a lazy a*s? Hmm... What an interesting blanket statement, insulting hardworking ADP associates who work hard yet work from home. I was one of those associates who worked from the office and then later from home. If anything, I worked harder from home than from the office, putting in plenty of unpaid overtime hours that ADP was so fond of.
I for one am not crying about layoffs. They are a fact of life at ADP and the norm. Plenty of associates get laid off, both work from the office and remote employees. No discrimination here. An equal opportunity layoff machine.
