Yet another benefit disappearing -- take as much vacation as you need (really??), provided it doesn't interfere with your work responsibilities. News flash: vacation ALWAYS interferes with work, now a slave driver with no life (your boss) will roll his eyes and frown every time you want to get away from him. Shame on Qorvo for this, good news is I don't have to take it lying down.

Qorvo Richardson is a toxic facility full of racism, narcissistic people who are related to nearly every single person in this place. Raises are a joke as many people don’t even get one! The work is highly monotonous and repetition that boredom and depression are common. The 24 hour production su-ks as communication is nonexistent between shifts or departments. This place is a joke.
All talk and no action. This is the norm. Deal with it slacker.
i have 25 days a year...they fu-k with it I quit get a new job...they trained me and made me worth more....good luck getting replacements with posts like this all over the net......Im just waiting for my " boss" to mess with my time off....they already made people use time last year ...involuntarily..............................................do it....Im not worried..Ive seen enough anyway...
The rabble have not seen any guidance from HR, and most had more than 3 lousy weeks even w/o the carryover. My local managing 1d1ot is absolutely ecstatic.
It is unfortunate we loose the 200 hrs of carry over. Guidance from HR is it really is not unlimited time off but more like 3+ weeks is realistically expected, but they do emphasize the 0.5% increase in 401k match!
