Many companies are screening with find nth element in singly linked list . Yeh useful everyday knowledge 😉
When I joined NetApp 15 years ago people said they only handled reductions in force by performance managing people out.
Large layoffs happen every few years.
So I do know people at NetApp who were laid off in January, April, May, and June. I don’t think NetApp is doing huge layoffs anymore. Just “right sizing” teams a little at a time.
Usually, they tend to clean up before all hands. What a pity! to be constantly living under the threat of layoffs.
Every month someone on this board claims there’s a layoff coming.
