Did anyone else get their request to work from home 70-90% rejected?
My position requires a license. But the information provided said as long as it’s not the 9/10. All metrics and progression were reached for every quarter this year.
There was no reason why, only word was rejected. My manager approved the request two months ago. Had been waiting on the second approval and compliance.
Over 8,000 approved for 91-100% so if yours was rejected ask your manager why.

Without asking, my boss encouraged me to submit for 90-100 so I did. Immediately approved by all required levels.
I don’t see licenses as being a factor. Of course your job role, if it requires being on site would be a factor. But since you have been working remote for almost 1.75 years, u should be good, regardless of licensing.
I would reapply / appeal. How have you been working the past 20+ months? I dont see how they can deny anyone regardless of licenses after the past year and a half working from home.

You need to talk to your manager. My whole org was approved for 100% wfh. Requires manager and managers’s manager approval. Sounds like the second approval didn’t come in on time.
Not to be a smarta$$, but this is Schwab, did you really think they were going to honor that request? I can see them upping from 30% to 40%, but 70% to 90%? Seriously doubt it. Though I have no sympathy for them with the outcome of their choices.
I had heard that the requests could time-out and auto reject. Talk to your manager to see if you should resubmit.
