This place is f*cked. but, just like everyone else, I'm just going to keep collecting my paycheck while doing as little work as possible until I find something better. didn't like stay puft man, but FWIW, we've got tired brands in a tired category. There is nothing so called "management" can do to fix this situation. We're just on a slow path to no longer existing.

@tn I completely disagree with you — and it’s clear you don’t work closely with HR the way many of us do. Over the years, HR has taken on significantly more responsibility, from compliance and culture to change management, all while experiencing more than a 50% reduction in team size in the U.S. They’ve continued to support the business despite having fewer people, limited systems, and a manager who prioritized his own recognition over empowering them. This isn’t just about headcount — it’s about the complexity and scale of the work they’re handling. Cutting even further could create serious issues that ripple across the entire organization.

FINALLY! Now on to cleaning house in HR. Since they have been and will continue to downsize, he has always hired and promoted his staff not a need for all those HR people. Some .. yes. But not as many as they have. He has always micro managed them so some won’t even be able to do the job they should have been doing without him telling them how to do it. It will take a long time to unwind the work of Mr Webb
