Managers have started getting informed about the restructurings in their teams. Believe it is in the 3-4% range for our organization (in remain-co).
That quit being true a few years ago. I left because of 3M and I really liked my manager.

That applies to good companies. I left the best manager I ever had, knowing that 3M is in a tailspin. Like a great manager, they full understood and supported; they too were looking for an exit.
