Thread regarding State Farm Insurance layoffs

Are you too under unbearable pressure ?

Sometimes a little more pressure is acceptable and bearable. I experienced this everywhere I worked. However, working conditions at SF are no longer bearable. I am under so much pressure that I don't feel like working a single day here anymore. What SF now expects from employees is not normal. It is never enough for them. I have a feeling that every next job will seem very easy to me after I leave here.

@1qxm time to make up with ex-wives and cheating girlfriends and give them that referral for a claims job.

1qxm They'd have to offer more than that and a promise to respect the employee.

Claims received a note on Friday announcing job fair and hiring. They are offering 5 bills to those who refer somebody. Why or how would any current employee recommend the Farm? This the beginning of vicious circle that will damage our brand and sales. Needless to say, I won’t be referring anyone! My only friend…..the end.

@1ifc Why don't you apply for a job at SF? You seem like the kind of person that deserves that kind of treatment.

@wjx+1cjejbjs
ever heard of non-optional OT?

some people dont have a choice and are just told to work a certain amount of non optional OT aka Forced Overtime and some have Non optional OT M-F on top of working Saturdays, as in they force people to get a certain number of OT hours only weekdays then make you work weekend too.

Simple, don't work OT unless exec does.

The sooner you fall, the sooner they can remove you from future obligations. Don't give the pr*cks the satisfaction. Heartbreak Ridge.

I was literally thinking the same exact thing earlier today, about to f’n lose it trying to make it through the end of the week tomorrow TGIF. But then they still want us working more on Saturday. The amount of stress, work volume, and expectations to do more (you’re never doing enough for the company or anybody who can contacts us for whatever they want) is ki---r.
