Does anyone know what the severance package is? Is it standard across everyone or based on the number of years you gave to this company? Is everyone getting the 60 day notice period, i heard few are given option of 60day notice period also?

I love how we're all managers but most of us don't have anyone to manage beneath us. Most of us were given the title to circumvent overtime pay laws. I know it's not just AT&T but it's amazing the state laws haven't caught up to close this loophole.
If you are legacy DTV then 8 weeks plus 1 week per service year.
Verified on AT&T OneStop today, the severance for AT&T for this year is 4% of salary per year of employment, maxing out at 50%. So "0.04 times Yearly Salary, then times years employed". If you've worked longer than 12 years it maxes out at 50% of your yearly salary, basically 6 months pay.
Less is better, you work for AT&T
6 months max, but now they want to cut it in half

It is not the same for everyone. Depends on years of service and which legacy company you are with. Go to ATTOneStop, search severance, the docs will come up.
