Little anxious with what is on horizon but however it works out, Crown was the best place I've ever worked and my co workers are like family.
Remember God is in control, He is good and He will make away. There is always hope with Him, nothing is impossible. Keep your chins up and don't forget whether you move on or stay the connections you made with the your Crown family.

God has nothing to do with it. It’s the ultra religious in charge that are taking in money and taking out the lower-paid, unless the move to Houston and join their congregation.
It will be intersting to see how big there bonuses are after this.. They all made bank in 2020 when they wrecked the lives of so many!

It’s only a job, take note in future endeavors that any company that claims to be family is surely to be dysfunctional. Family is where a cousin or aunt or uncle get a job they should not have….. sound familiar. Would be nice to be spoken to in facts and not a manipulative corporate speak manor. Little is more offensive to me then to have the epeaker specifically chose every word to try to manipulate the outcome. Because they are smart and we are d-mb so all must be sugar coated cause we just could not possibly understand these big problems that the EMT does. Su-k a purple Richard you id--ts.
I echo the prayers. Specifically for the EMT. I agree with a lot of the vitriol on here. There are certainly some members of the c level who have nothing behind their eyes and act like robots while muttering corporate speak and wrecking things to the ground. But there are also a couple who, despite their terrible job at managing this company, always struck me as folks with a soul. The CEO stands out. He always seemed like a good, friendly guy. I don’t think his incompetence makes him evil. It just makes him bad at his job.
So, with all that in mind… I hope those few who seem like they might have a good person inside them feel what they’ve done weighing heavily on their souls. I hope what you are doing to so many families that rely on these jobs weighs on you every night when you pray.
In a few weeks when you do an all hands call for those of us who survive the cut please do your soul a favor. As the robots on your team try to roll you out with their purple parlance and scripted rah rah routine please turn them down. Instead, stand up, be honest, and do your soul the favor of apologizing for screwing this all up so bad. Acknowledge your mistakes. Forgive yourself. It’ll a go a long way for however you feel about this mess. A lot of folks won’t forgive you right away, some never will, but that’s fine. It’s the effort that counts.
Nothing gets back to the EMT through the insanely thick mantle of the VP class they’ve overpaid for. It’s a great to both pay cronies while also ensuring you never have to hear the cries of the little cattle in the farm yard. I pray for their evil souls.
That individual must be on here down voting. Honesty is more than not lying. It is truth telling, truth speaking, truth living, and truth lovin. Words that must be foreign to that individual.

My region was a great place to work, till a current RVP managed to weasel into the position by lying and manipulation. It has never been the same after that. It has one of the highest employee churn in CC because of the dishonest, chaos inducing nature of said individual. May justice catch up to that RVP.
Maybe god should have guided leadership to better business decisions.
