Can the computational team help me calculate my worth?
I wouldn't quit without a new job in hand. Know your worth, interview and be prepared to leave. But be prepared that every place has its own BS. Shell BS su-ks and depending on your DEI situation it may be worse. Shell is no country for old white men.
