Reviews are botched.
If your freakin boss likes you, you don't put any sh*t on reviews, and you get good ratings.
If that a55hale stinking boss hates you, then any cr-p you put doesn’t matter!
Catch my drift?

Yes, they look at star awards. Put it on your talent center profile, and any pilots or stretch projects

Stop... Please please stop trying to rationalize layoff's. They are not just, they are not equal, they don't reflect you as an employee. Layoffs are performed to balance the books. There will always be collateral damage and they fully expect that. Humana generally employs people in a right to work state, this limits your ability to fight back.

The layoff is a tool used by the board to impress shareholders.... "look at us, we are cutting staff and will send you a few extra pennies on your EPS". This isn't about you, don't let it define you. You are better than this.

You should have them listed in your workday and have them on your resume
