Boomers are the only reason 3M hasn't tanked further. No work ethic in anyone born after Reagan became president. We learned our lessons from the Greatest Generation, our parents.

How about we “optimize” you to the termination line, boomer?

Yes I think GCA has too many plants. They should shut 2 or 3 smaller plants. Can save on the plant managers.

APAC should close down few plants as well. Consolidate into few big superhub for better efficiency
Can the area LVs directors please work your brains off?

Even if we were growing double digits, the lawsuits were won, and money grew on trees wed still be closing plants. But even more so when we’re in dire straits. The business must continue to evolve and when we acquire companies we must continue to optimize. Conservatively, half dozen plants by end of 2023 is my guess. This is not a charity!
