Show your support for your impacted team members and write a well-crafted and personalized review on their LinkedIn profiles. Focus on details of all the great things they did over the years, and send it without them asking. Do them a solid in their search for their next position. Even if you didn't always agree with everything they did you can surely find a paragraph to write about them that is positive and help them in some way for their next position.
