C2E being shut down

Now that it’s going away, where are all the trolls saying it would take over everything?

C2E is a complete disaster. No one wants to step up and tell the truth how bad this is. Our SED tells us to stop complaining and say positive things about it cause there is no going back. We have lost significant deals due to this C2E disaster.

C2E is not being shut down. It should be and those that implemented it should be fired. It is sadly going nowhere and will continue to be shoved down everyones throat. That is the cost so EK can get his resume bullet points. Continue to watch the attrition of great talent from Cisco.

That’s too bad. All the technical engineers loved it. It’s just the salesy BSers that don’t do much actual work that were scared of it.

Competitor here. Yes I left Cisco and got an instant raise of 20%. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE keep C2E and Agile TSA as we are getting great talent from you and winning business from what once was traditional Cisco customers.

@wof Saying it is well known within the company to be shutting down is fud.

wof must stand for Willfully Obeying Fud

Looks like someone from management is trying to make it seem like it is shutdown to stop the exodus of SAs and TSAs due to C2E and Agile TSA.

To be clear, it is not shutdown and will not be shutdown. A few people have their next promotion depending on it. Layoffs coming which will drive the perceived “need” for it.

That is laughable it is being shutdown. No way they are shutting it down. It is the direction we are going whether the field likes it or not. It is how to get more cost savings and ultimately pay people less.

@vqy This is how I know that you don’t work at Cisco as it’s officially known within the company that it’s being shut down.

C2E is not being shutdown. It needs to be but we all know that this was created for one person’s resume to show how he can cut the cost of engineering by moving every SA and TSA to a pooled model. Guess what…. SAs and TSAs don’t want to be pooled and be a call center demo jockey.

C2E is pressing on and the competitors could not be happier.
