A 55-60 hour work week is the norm and we have to accept it. Everyone’s in survival mode right now just trying to hang on to pay the bills with inflation and a higher cost of living. Give it another 3 years when Allstate hires back all the staff they laid off back in 2020. It’s going to be a wild ride.

They are in their positions to run a large corporation. Nothing more, nothing less. Give it a break.
We don’t need to label people but it is true they have not put Allstate stateside first with their bread and butter employees. Sorry to say but that ain’t right and tends to make people think of them as self serving ….like narcissists. Benefit of the doubt is gone with these three unless they transform their personalities into caring selfless individuals but that is highly doubtful. Best we can hope for is severance unemployment and better days ahead without these buffoons in our life. Unless we can sell it to Elon !
They are trying to help you if you would just listen to them. They are concerned about your happiness and fulfillment at Allstate as much as their own. Stop complaining and try listening to them and it just might make you better worker. Ever think of that instead of complaining?
