I must spend a day a week writing this garbage. I have never seen this practice in ANY other company. Who thought it a good idea to run an organization based on Facebook like updates and verbose word templates sent up layers up to management. It’s a re--rded way to run any company.

I’ve got a great idea - why not have meetings with your subordinates and ACTUALLY do your job.

The famous Weekly Highlights where more emphasis was put on how well the text was aligned than the actual content. Massive waste of time. But then what else was there to do but push paper around lol
