I told you guys! But you wouldnt listen......
I heard GFT- Tech consultants jobs are impacted onshore and India.
OK then. Name at least two people who were axed today.
Name at least one person who was axed today.
@usg+1q1IkYuB EMT -4 isn’t even yet aware in my business so how can there be plans for EMT -5 to be cut this week?
Are people just making up lies now to pretend they are in the know?
Meh…..This too shall pass…
The one thing that the big C has done for me over the years, is that it has made me numb to it all. Citi has made sure that I’ve been beaten down so much with the threat of an impending layoff that it no longer registers as a problem. Yes, I know that it should but what can I say, it doesn’t.
“You’re safe” “sure, why not”
“You’re let go” “sure why not”
Citi has done everything they could to make sure that I’m as loyal to the company as they are to me. So, I am. I’m as loyal to the company as the company is to me, how is this not fair. Just how they can lay me off with no notice, I too can lay Citi off and quit with no notice.
To me, this too shall pass.
Work environment is unfriendly and toxic.
It is correct that people were notified in US today.
My group is cutting a handful of contractors this week.
Vote now:
- More carnage this week?
- A bunch of unsubstantiated lies from someone who has too much free time on their hands?
It is EMT -5 this week and thats all till next year.
I doubt. The plan is to reduce count in 1q as part of performance reviews.
Performance layoffs doesn’t require to pay severance much.
Yes the ~300 MDs announced last week will be let go
D and SVP will be next to go.
More info? Were you or someone you know cut today? Where? What team? Or you are in HR and have insider info?
