For CX teams that are affected, has there been any sign? Such as team consolidation?
They started weeks ago. Several senior marketing execs gone about 6 of them along with pockets of people. Globally also not just in NA. Senior people in the U.K. also. Interesting watching aria updating every week or so...

Based on the timing of the last big CX layoff, I'm guessing Aug 1.
Oracle has always been very open, if not in words then in practice, about how iffy your job security is. You need to learn and earn to the max while the opportunity is there and always have a Plan B for when the music stops. Very few people I worked with made it to retirement and they were excellent and high value earners in their positions.
Oracle can provide you with great financial and technical opportunities. You just have to pay attention and realize that your odds of lasting there for a long time are slim. Think of it along the lines of "The Scorpion and the Frog" fable.
Beginning next week
For a few LOBs, they have started. It is very sad. Let’s kindly remember people have bills to pay and it is a very stressful time.
