This isn't the same company I went to work for nearly ten years ago. Over the past several years, most of the choices the leadership made for where our business is headed or the rules they've set have just been plain bad. It's all frustrating and demoralizing, to the point that I don't want to work here anymore.

Throwing out thier experienced long-term employees like yesterday's trash is despicable and very self defeating! Between key employee layoffs and resignations this will not bode well for the longterm viability of 3M, only pad the pockets of M&M.
How are they going to be “forward winning” with this management team when literally EVERY decision they make is wrong?
You have probably noticed in those ten years that it doesn’t get better and they keep cutting and contacts and processes can’t keep up. If you have somewhere to go, go there. The cuts and race to the bottom will continue at 3M - just like they said in the town hall, ‘none of this is new’. So, seems like you should expect the same results.
Dont worry we are feeed forward in more deserving organisations, who value their employees and the innovation they bring.
Goodluck and move on. This is a ghost ship sailing by.
We are floating in a stinky cesspool of ill repute. 3M knew back in the 1960's that they were making a environmental mess. 3M is one of the most corrupt companies in the world. Is it a paradox or irony that 3M claims unwavering integrity? You cannot make this stuff up. Rotten to the core and PFAS will be 3M's legacy. Draw your monthly pay and take care of yourself while looking for a better job and company. Look at your pace. Jump when you find a real career and company.
