Got my grade increase. Now a new SVP is coming in. Are we growing again? Anyone know much about this SVP that we are getting in CX?

@ty don't worry, if you manage another 12 months in post then LC will just be giving SVP positions away in boxes of cr--ker jacks.

hahaha enjoy your new SVP and thank you for getting him out of the sales org. He's been on the wrong side of every decision for years. The most worthless click2expert vapid "leader" the sales engineers have ever had.
Is this the same person that tried to push Click To Expert down everyone in sales but it failed miserably a few years ago and they asked him to leave to another role.

Wow! Who is this SVP? Where did he come from or what orgs have, he been managing? The things that he left behind sound awful. Why do we promote these kinds? Verry frustrating.

you should use your new grade increase and increased business visibility to speak to your senior leaders. none of us got one, so none of us are important to enough to know what's going on in your crackpot BU.
