One of the biggest areas of contention in claims is the pay. Recently I learned from a new hire that HR is negotiating pay with new people coming into the fold.
Some of the new hires are making more money than people who’ve been with the company for years.
There doesn’t seem to be any push to renegotiate pay for long time claims employees who have stuck with this hellhole through the years.
I work in office HCCS and I don’t know a single person who has been with the company for years who is happy with their pay.
To now learn that people walking in the door are starting out making more than those who have been here for years feels like a slap in the face.
