I wouldn't mind this as much if they started laying off the right people for a change. But seeing the best employees forced out over and over again...just makes me even sadder and madder.

It was a poor mgmt move to not let go of any of the visa holders prior to the furlough.
Not well thought out at all. The same guy that architected the Farelogix deal must have made that call to.

Maybe they have good grammar.
In our group 3 H-1b visa holders don’t have masters degree. They joined 1-2 years back and they have no experience in our domain. People with domain knowledge and technically superior employee have been furloughed just to keep those unexperienced H-1B visa holders. We not qualification they have they can oil the managers and yes boss kind of people.
