FYI. Spoke with Prudential/Empower regarding withdrawal/rollover of 401k account. Was told they haven’t yet received notification from GF of my termination date. No transactions until GF does this. They also told me it typically takes GF 4-6 weeks to do this. Note out to HR this afternoon. You all may want to inquire with HR as well.

UPDATE: I emailed JP and PR at HR yesterday. They took care of it today. Prudential/Empower we’re notified.
GF hired such unethical morally corrupt people to handle employee healthcare and financial services.
Corrupt senior employee switched company from Fidelity to Prudential, employees lost much gain, that GF employee then quit. Was there quid pro quo ?
Don't get me started on the corrupt move to worthless Workday, where is that person who directed ther change, gone with golden parachute.

@tma .... still waiting for raises? If you want a real raise something more than the 2-3% scraps that GF gives out, you will have to leave and get more salary in your offer at another company (30% or more).
I’m not surprised. GF is a terrible company who chose a terrible retirement service. Don’t feel bad, we are still waiting for raises. 🤷♂️
Prudential is terrible when I had to take a loan from my 401k they screwed it up so bad.
