There, fixed it for you. The company's priorities are messed up royal.
It is difficult for many to understand the strategy, but Ford is not going to sell vehicles that most Americans can afford.
We sell aspirational mobility.
We will sell fewer vehicles but make significantly more profit on each one sold.
Most Americans will purchase their Ford products through our pre-owned dealership network.

What more do you people want??"
What do I want? The clue is in the name of the company... Ford Motor Company..., not Ford DEI Company, not Ford Climate Change Company. I don't want any DEI initiative, nor any "climate change" scam policy. I want a nice, reliable and affordable Ford vehicle. Period! Leave the politics and the lies to the Congress, focus on delivering awesome vehicles.
One major concern I have is 2 more Ford family members were appointed to the board of directors. Bills daughter and Edsel's son. More nepotism that will continue the slow spiral down.

My cousin’s mechanic advises to stay away from Ford vehicles due to recalls, unreliability, etc, among other things. But I really like the new Mavericks, and see a lot of them on the road. What can you the employees advise? Honesty appreciated, thank you.
I am shocked at the lack of pride in this forum.

Bill took the climate change scam hook line and sinker. His lack of common sense will take the company down. Makes no sense why Chris Farley is still CEO.
Go woke, go broke
Then. I guess congratulations are in order.
@tkt Exactly right. We made it to the fourth generation before imploding, but Little Caesars (Tigers and Wings) only made it to the second.
Bill is not as smart as he thinks he is. And he puts pleasing his liberal buddies over stock holders, employees, and customers.
Normally it takes three generations of family ownership to ruin a company. In the case of Ford, it took four.
