Did Brian Henry get too much sun or was that a bad spray tan?

Well tbh even con artists have brains…. Here i think the situation is one of a complete absence of that.
Potty, otoh, is definitely a crook. Curious he wasn’t there to tell us about ‘healing supply chains’ 🤮🤮🤮

Mike Roman is a con artist, no leader that is for sure. Everything I. His entire 3M career that he has led has failed or turned to sh!t. This is a direct reflection on him not 3M Employees.

Every word he said was scripted by a consultant. The new theory is admit poor performance (by employees) and he’s off the hook. Utterly disgraceful!

A lot of copy and paste from the earnings call. Interesting that MR acknowledged the lack of growth because he typically doesn’t admit to any shortcomings under his watch, but he did couch it by saying the lack of growth goes back 10 years. It’s seems easy to shirk accountability when there’s no one there to hold you accountable. I’m talking to you, board of directors.

The value proposition is this: if you have over 20 years and some good skills and a good network, you can get a nice severance package when they lay you off, and hopefully you can find a better job.

First time I heard MR acknowledge that we have been lagging behind our peer companies in terms of organic growth for a number of years !

However no plan to address any of those issues....not unexpected from a non leader manager like MR

Key takeaway: He worked on the weekend by going to the 3M open and meeting with customers to create more class 4 and 5 products and “businesses”. He just won't quit, pat yourself on the back MR for all your hard work.

Anyone see the irony? The largest reorganization in our company's history . . . and yet there is not a crisp 3M employee value proposition? Palm To Forehead.

There was a comment about reimagining the employee value proposition. Can anyone translate that HR speak?

There weren’t falsehoods. But it was very lectury and roman abdicating all responsibility. Thankfully potty wasn’t there. Brian Henry with his asinine smirk asked softball questions and roman gave generic responses which can be copy pasted virtually anywhere. It’s ironic how he talks about customers and how little we focus on them. He aggressively supported his bs opeating model. Its trumpian! Say it enough times and ppl will thinks it’s credible.
