Sales Specialists bonus

I’m curious if most specialists are getting a monthly bonus?

bonuses in that place are a joke and you can't be serious that they were ever actually meant to be paid to begin with.

Flooring specialist.. none of our specialists are bonusing at all except for two who are continually stealing every one else's sales and then going and putting their numbers in the self checkout lanes. The bonus structure now has created only animosity and vindictiveness.

At our store we have a cashier takes all the sales and put them in a specialist sale no matter what it is so we are losing our sales because of this and we took it to management and they have done nothing about it

Appliance Specialist in Northeast Ohio. My bonuses have been 525, 400, 600, 300. My co-workers have been pretty much the same.

I'm an Appliance Specialist who lost over 20K in allowance $$$ at the beginning of the year. In November I had a SPH goal of 1070 and sold 230,000 in 4 weeks or roughly 1800 SPH. I was paid a $100 bonus. Appliances as a whole was only 93% to plan. Meanwhile both Millwork Specialists chased carts and played cashiers and sold around 50000 total each or 400 Sph. They both received a 1200 bonus...which they have cruised to each and every month so far. This is NOT commission...its a bunch of c-ap. Im applying to every Millwork Specialist position that posts. What a joke !

Got the bonus the first month, none since!
Cabinet Specialist was a good job but now they’re going to Central Design Office.

The other posts on this site are correct. It’s a sustained and deliberate program to eliminate every possible store employee that Corporate can chop!!!

News flash:

None of us have job security at Lowes.

Store manager just delegates the pressure to his scapegoats "ASM" who then delegate to their scapegoats "Department Supervisors".

Store managers are under enormous pressure to make numbers and have zero job security. And they work every other weekend. That would not be a cushy job to me.

Somebody needs to get the government to put the specialists on the endangered species list

Store manager is still a cushy position. Infinite vacations and off almost every weekend.

The only good jobs left at Lowe’s are either at corporate or out of the regional/area offices. There are no good jobs left in the stores—they’ve all been purged.

Appliance Specialists really get shafted on this new program. Sell $170,000 here is your $100.

I made it as a Plumbing Specialist. I was getting $200 a month, and no,I wasn’t padding it with appliance sales (although it did cross my mind). I made it fairly easy, so I’m pretty sure Lowe’s noticed it nationwide and they said,”Get rid of Plumbing Specialists.” Now I’m CSA Toilets 4. Pretty sure they’ll chop us out next year all together. The good jobs at Lowe’s are shrinking daily, by design.
