This episode is a good lesson. Letting the employees focus distracted and emotionally disturbed by this fanfare is really a complete waste of time ... That time spent should have been better used to really restructure the company reduce the heavy top and reward the deserving workers. This outcome reminds all is time to start doing serious real work. The many abuses by many top leaders in never showing up in the office should be stopped, they should be held accountable.
