Put him on a CAP.
- Great camera and stage presence and theatrical talents.
- Very disciplined regular weekly video productions.
- Very skilled in giving speech and hope to crowds (I suspect this is a side benefit of his religious learnings)
- Made some improvements on the culture and employee satisfaction proven by the company-wide surveys (let's hope this level of employee satisfaction will be sustained after the end of this month)
- Technical background helps him navigate complexity of a large technical company like Intel. (His former Intel background is also a distinct advantage here)
- I think his credibility among peers was instrumental in convincing other technical leaders to join Intel recently. He seems to have good external influence and leverage.

Pat is the most overrated CEO in existence.
He’s coming up on two years with no impact on output or efficiency.
