Promoted to Director so they can justify laying you off under the inverted pyramid model of getting rid of mostly upper levels. Better to be an Indian rather than a Chief in this case. Hope you turned down the promotion.

Glint survey is 10/27, and I am hearing 11/1 for layoffs so they can give bonuses. Will they somehow skim off the responses from the impacted?

Real healthy that any time leadership puts time on our calendars we assume it’s a layoff. “Trust is earned over time and lost in an instant” right?
