- even though Cisco keep doing layoffs every quarter people like to stay n crib. But don’t like to resign or search outside with various reasons like bad market conditions, skills need to be upgraded, have some dependency on visa.. etc., I’ve been hearing these over years, so you’re not gonna n that’s same with Cisco ..so have good family time instead of taking any stress. End of the day that’s all matters

Many folks are still wondering why they are working for Cisco .. it’s a political hub in Cisco these days .. see UCS
It is a big mafia and people survive with their strong network in Cisco from decades though they have no work, no deliverables, no accountability
If productivity and profitability is the motto then why didn't they cut 20% and make rest to work ?
