if your one the tech side then you will know.
if on business side then you will not know.
In short it is under-garment of all application , What you see at the working application, it made to work by help of tool team, but as all team have problem they may have problem from which OP may have been hit or duked by it
I’m very familiar with the F(T)ools team, and other than the poor grammar, the OP (and others) are spot on: How do they survive?
A collection of lazy misfits who on their best days do nothing, otherwise they’re causing mayhem, confusion and delays. However well intended, when they work it’s always in a vacuum. These types of teams are ubiquitous throughout the IT industry, but STS’s version is uniquely dysfunctional.
Regardless, let’s focus on squeezing pennies out of dollars elsewhere. Gotta worship the almighty 3% now.
There's someone posting about this Tools Team once every week or two. I'm with the other poster down below, I've never heard of this team and don't know what they do. If it's an I&O team that's a good sign. What's your deal with them??
I believe it is in STS, I&O team, led by Simon as the SVP of the org.
I have to admit: I worked at Schwab for over 8 years at the director level and have no idea what the Tools team is. However, based on the number of comments about them here, I am curious. What do they do?
