It is outrageous and demoralizing to see undeserving individuals in EDF Data Engineering and DPS Data Product teams receive promotions despite their abysmal performance and creation of chaos. The so-called 'leaders' have failed to deliver any meaningful results, yet they're rewarded with promotions to LG1s, LG2s, LG3s, VPs. This blatant disregard for meritocracy and accountability is a slap in the face to hardworking employees. It's a clear message that political maneuvering and favoritism trump talent and dedication in S&T. EDF has devolved into a mockery, prioritizing mediocrity over excellence. The Digital Product teams' ineptitude has caused immense damage, yet they continue to reap hefty salaries and bonuses. The toxic culture perpetuated by AK is suffocating the company's potential. There is no hope that this org will foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and merit-based recognition.

Data Foundation is a bottomless pit, consuming vast amounts of resources and dollars with no end in sight, despite claims of cost savings. It’s alarming that it is being touted as a generating cost-savings for the company when the truth is far from it. Athina is detached from reality.

Are you kidding? These are hard(ly) working teams who can generate estimates on dollars and hours from their rear end faster than the speed of light. Data foundation and digital product teams are like the accounting scandal of past years. Everyone thinks they are building something but in reality no s*** is being delivered
