If the responses to a help desk ticket are any indication of quality coming from that region, let’s hope not.

I think I've figured out how to handle extra work. I only work so hard during a day so whatever they want me to work on, that's what I work on. The rest of the stuff doesn't get done. So far it seems to be working out okay. I only do so much work in a single day no matter how much they give me to do and I don't sweat it. In IT most of the work is busy work anyway.
Yep I’m same. Director asked me to take onvv bc extravoerment work. I declined.
Were they replaced by AI Anonymous Indian to help with the workload?
