Is anyone below VP receiving their prorated bonus? There are discussions in other threads, but they weren't totally clear. If folks at all levels can provide context here, that would be helpful. I for one am an impacted senior director and don't see anything about bonus payout.

Some folks commented that pro rated bonus was their package ...
Bonus? Really? The company is being acquired. Bonus is a pipe dream.
Thats...terrible. Some depts have their bonus window end on 9/30. To get laid off on 9/24, one week. Not get it. Terrible.
