I know people have talked in the past about it but maybe it’s time claims did seriously start looking at getting a union. Amazon and Starbucks employees are starting to unionize. I think maybe it’s time the workers in claims and possibly other departments start looking to unionize too.

Rather than placing so much energy into forming a union, place that energy into finding a job during the best market for a job seeker I’ve seen in my lifetime.

as sf transitions to wokedom it's only a matter of time unions happen. placing hubs in the places their in and the ones being hired make it a matter of time.
Unions don’t form on internet chat sites when a few people suggest that “somebody else” should form one. Just sayin’
You should have posted this April 1st because it is a joke. You can literally find the same post on this site from every single year.
See the previous response. It's all about control and minimizing you as a person. Send the jobs overseas. There's more of us than you.
You want to be unionized, go for it! Then watch and see how fast we layoff people and send jobs to India like Allstate is doing.
