U.K. specifically but any input is valued.
Thanks!

There is a very key piece of information in the post of the person the has been told their raise already. Outstanding with distinction. If you haven’t been told yet, that’s because they don’t care if you leave.
1% maximum
7the campus new hire salary is about the same as It has been the last 5 years.
I wouldnt expect the auto raises and CL bumps to be much different for the less than 3 yr folks
Interesting that people are posting when the raises aren't even being communicated yet..
If you are owd that means you advertised yourself well, we're visible, etc. Based on this you are just up at the right a-s and I see how you expected more but at least no one will really miss you 😉
Not sure about UK, but in the US I was outstanding w/ distinction and I’m not even getting my automatic CL bump. 4% raise and that’s it. Fu----g bu-----t. I’m one of like 2 developers left in EMIT so I’ll be searching for a new job.
@rzk+1dPnysOP gonna assume this is bait, that would actually convince me to stay lol
20% increase + 10% performance bonus + RSU :p
