Is this attrition at work or did they lay off too many people and are now trying to fix their mistake?

Tell me you’ve never done an AOP budget for PepsiCo without telling me you’ve never done an AOP budget for PepsiCo.
Three of the Mexicans I trained already quit and they just started in July ! More to leave as they gain work experience. At the six months to one year mark half will leave.
And that number will grow when the vax mandates happen.
Not necessarily true. Just look at the date of the req., some of them are very old, probably already filled or they got cancelled and nobody took them out of the system. Also, budget time is here and managers open requisitions in anticipation of growth or if they are asked to lay ppl off, they will give up the req instead.
Either way, I love it.
