Who prepares the list?

List is prepared on VP level? How do they know about the team performers?

As a sr level director I can tell you I do not provide lists and am handed down only a number when that happens. I have not yet seen that number for this round. When I receive that number is when that list gets built.

I have in the past received lists from the top down with little clarity of why.

I can tell you in the past some of the top performers and even industry leaders and names were provided - including some DEs

Through the stack ranking that we all did in July.

How does it differ from IPF based ranking?

Because IPFs are a year old. The recent ranking was in prep for the upcoming IPF determination.

@rja+1u3nQVtK are you serious? List is also based on if the director/VP likes you or not. Common practice to get rid off people who spoke up and highlighted corr-pt behaviour from managers and their friends.

Chuck has already talked clearly in CNBC interview, company will put resources on Cybersecurity and AI, so the list is based on your business group, if your BU is on the traditional, it will be hit hardly, it definitely will be reorganize and your new team leader will build their new team, of you are irrelevant, then will be in the list, simply say, the list is determined by your BU and your working skills.

Performance has no bearing whether you are on the list. What gets you on the list are several factors:

  1. Can your job be done by someone with a much lower salary?

There are other factors that will never be documented as LR candidate: white, male, mid 40s or older.

You’re already on a list. If it’s not this list it’s a future list. You either leave on your own or you stay long enough to get LR’d.

Chuck’s grandmother prepares the list. Pulls it right out of her old, decrepit, stinky, bony a$$.

Hence the universal moniker for CR: Grandm0therchucker

IPF.

I don't think that is all what matters. But that answers your question.

Just need to know the purpose is cut cost, so higher salary and grade level in high cost theatres is always the target.
