@rel+1oPYr17Z ahh, yes. The Schwab way... the way companies operated in the 1980s. If shareholders only knew what is actually possible for this firm.

Low morale… 5 unhappy Green employees based in Chicago are upset about just realizing they were acquired. And that they have to work the Schwab way. Thanks for taking one for the team… your boxes will be by the door.

@pyp+1oPYr17Z it came directly from current employees Kate Rooney spoke with. Not this site. And contained information that has never hit this site.

How is this possible!? The engagement surgery results clearly said otherwise!

Unless… people aren’t being honest on those surveys?

When CNBC is reporting on low morale you know your company is in a very, very bad spot.

I hope Walt is proud of what he's leaving. Morale has never been lower in his 15 years of running this ship than it is now.

They call out differences between Blue and Green. Green likes to move faster, while Blue slower like a bank. Lets translate that to STS speak: layers and layers of governance processes, taking a long time to just get scheduled. Green wants to flip a switch. Found out it will take 3 weeks to get approval to flip the switch. First schedule a review through a front door process, then wait, then present, then committee reviews and makes a decision.
